The Control:
A solid state control housed in a NEMA enclosure. The standard control will operate in either dual palm button or electric foot switch mode. It also provides a power ON / OFF switch and a control transformer. The control can be customized to eliminate other enclosures on your press by adding a motor starter and/or a disconnect switch. The functions can be tailored to meet your specific manufacturing requirements. We offer hand and foot mode, run and set-up mode, walk-away or maintained continuous modes all controlled by keyed selector switches. Call us for special applications.
The System:
- Dual palm buttons featuring press room duty mushroom head switches mounted in cast enclosures with aluminum ring guards
- Heavy duty shielded foot switch designed to prevent accidental actuation
- Single acting air cylinder with positive spring return and mounting brackets
- Dual solenoid actuation valve to meet A.N.S.I. press safety standards
- Filter / regulator / lockout-exhaust assembly to provide clean regulated air and help comply with OSHA lockout-tagout requirements
- Special run bars, remote set-up stations, and special enclosures are all available upon request
